Ball wobbles at address: has it moved?
As you address your ball, you see it wobble briefly. But it stays on its spot. What is the ruling?
Answer
No penalty, it has not moved
A ball has only moved if it leaves its spot and comes to rest on another one, and this can be seen with the naked eye. If it only wobbles or returns to its spot, it has not moved under the Rules. You simply play on.
