Answer
The length of your longest club other than a putter
A club-length is the length of the longest club you have, other than a putter. For most players that is the driver. You use it to measure the relief area: one club-length for free relief, two for example for lateral relief from a red penalty area. Even if your putter is longer than your driver, the driver counts.
