Can I practise putting after holing out?
You have holed out on hole 4. The next teeing area is still occupied, so you have to wait anyway. May you hit a few practice putts on the putting green of hole 4?

Yes, as long as you do not delay play and no Local Rule prohibits it
Between two holes you may practise putting or chipping on or near the putting green of the hole just completed, on any practice green and on the teeing area of the next hole. You must not delay play and must not practise from a bunker. The Committee may prohibit practice on the last putting green by Local Rule.
