Ball touching a bunker and the putting green: where is it?
At the edge of a greenside bunker with no fringe in between, your ball is touching both the sand in the bunker and the putting green. Where does it lie?

In the bunker
A ball always lies in only one area of the course. If it touches two specific areas, the order is penalty area, bunker, putting green. So here it is in the bunker: you may not mark, lift and clean it as on the putting green, and you must not touch the sand with your club.
