Ball rolls back into the stream: where do I take lateral relief?
Your ball flies over a stream, a red penalty area, lands on the green side and rolls back into the water. From which point do you take lateral relief?
Answer
From where it last crossed the edge while rolling back, on the green side
What matters is always where the ball last crossed the edge of the penalty area. If it rolls back into the water from the green side, that point is on the green side, and you may take lateral relief there.
