Can I clean my ball on the putting green?
On the putting green you mark and lift your ball. May you clean it?

Yes, as thoroughly as you like
On the putting green you may lift your ball at any time after marking it and clean it completely. The limit of cleaning only as much as needed applies when you identify a ball off the putting green.
