Can I repair another player’s ball-mark?
On your line of play on the putting green there is a ball-mark left by another player. May you repair it?

Yes, you may repair any ball-mark on the putting green
You may repair damage on the putting green such as ball-marks, shoe damage or old hole plugs without penalty, no matter who caused it. This also applies if your ball is still off the putting green. You may not, however, repair natural imperfections or aeration holes.
