Foursomes: can I mark the ball when my partner is putting next?
In Foursomes, your ball is on the putting green and your partner putts next. You get there first. May you mark, lift and clean the ball?

Yes, either partner may do so for the side, whoever plays next
In Foursomes you play one ball as a side. So either of you may take any allowed action before the stroke, such as marking, lifting, replacing or dropping the ball. Any breach by either partner applies to the whole side.
