In foursomes your partner hits the ball out of bounds. Who plays the next ball from the teeing area?

You, penalty strokes do not change the order
In foursomes you play alternate shots. Penalty strokes do not count as a turn. After the ball goes out of bounds it is the other partner’s turn, so you play.
