Can the team adviser give advice while playing their own round?
A Local Rule allows each team to name an advice giver. Your team captain has been named but is also playing. During her own round, she passes your group. May she give you advice?
Answer
No, while playing a round herself she may not act as advice giver
A named advice giver may give advice to the players on their team during a round if the Committee allows this by Local Rule. If the advice giver is also playing, they may only act in that role while not playing a round.
