Ball on the boundary line: is it out of bounds?

Your ball lies on the boundary line between two out-of-bounds stakes, with part of it still on the course. Is it out of bounds?

Answer

No

A ball is out of bounds only when all of it is outside the boundary edge. If any part touches the line, it is in bounds.
