Hole conceded, then your ball is in the hole: what now?

In match play you tee off on a par 3 to a raised putting green. When you get there you cannot find your ball, so you concede the hole to your opponent. As you walk past the flagstick you see that your ball is in the hole. Your opponent has not holed out yet. What is the ruling?

Answer

You have won the hole, because it was already completed when you conceded

You can only concede a hole before it is completed. In match play, your hole is completed as soon as you have holed out, even if you do not know it yet. Your ball was already in the hole, so your concession came too late and your hole-in-one counts.
