Can I remove an out-of-bounds stake that is in my way?
A white out-of-bounds stake interferes with your swing. May you pull it out?
Answer
No
Boundary stakes are not obstructions and must not be removed. Pulling one out to improve your swing costs the general penalty. If you put it back in exactly the same place before your stroke, there is no penalty.
