Two balls, same score: must I still report it?
In stroke play you are unsure how to proceed and play two balls. You hole out in five strokes with both balls. Must you still report it to the Committee before you return your scorecard?

Yes, otherwise you are disqualified, even with the same score
If you played two balls, you must report the facts to the Committee before you return your scorecard. This applies even if you scored the same with both balls. If you fail to report it, you are disqualified.
