When do I get free relief in the general area?
In which of these cases do you get free relief in the general area?

Your ball lies on a tarmac cart path
Free relief is available from abnormal course conditions: animal holes, ground under repair, immovable obstructions such as paths, and temporary water. A divot hole or a tree root is not one of them, unless the Committee has marked it as ground under repair.
