Can I use an alignment stick during the round?
Between two strokes you place an alignment rod across your shoulders and use it to stretch. Is that allowed?
Answer
Yes for stretching, but not for a practice swing
For general stretching you may use any equipment, including an alignment rod. But if you make a practice swing with it or use it to check your stance, alignment or swing plane, that is a breach. You may carry it.
