Ball on the practice green: what now?
Your ball lies on the practice putting green next to the first tee, which is inside the course. There is no Local Rule about it. What is the ruling?

You must take free relief
Practice greens for putting, chipping or pitching are wrong greens unless the Committee excludes them by Local Rule. You must not play from a wrong green. You drop without penalty within one club-length of the nearest point of complete relief, not nearer the hole.
