Can I look into another player’s bag to see their club?
You want to know which club another player used for their approach to the putting green. You move the towel covering their bag aside to have a look. What is the ruling?

Two penalty strokes
What you must not ask, you must not find out by touching their equipment either. That is two penalty strokes. Simply looking to see which club they are holding is allowed.
