Putt hits another player’s ball: what is the penalty in stroke play?
In stroke play you putt on the putting green and hit another player’s ball that is also at rest on the putting green. What is the ruling?

You get two penalty strokes and play your ball as it lies
If both balls were on the putting green before the stroke, you get two penalty strokes in stroke play. You play your ball as it lies, and the other ball is replaced on its original spot.
