Damaged edge of the hole: can I repair it?
Another player damaged the edge of the hole when removing the flagstick, and a piece of turf is sticking up. May you repair it before you putt?

Yes, without penalty
A damaged hole counts as damage on the putting green, which you may repair. The only thing you must not repair is natural wear of the hole. If you cannot make the hole round again, ask the Committee to repair it.
