Can I repair a ball-mark with my shoe?
May you press down a ball mark on the putting green with your shoe?

Yes, that is allowed
To repair damage on the putting green you may use your hand, foot, a ball-mark repair tool, a tee, a club or a similar item of normal equipment. You only restore the putting green as nearly as possible to its original condition, and you must not unreasonably delay play.
