Can I putt standing astride my line of play?
May you putt with your feet on either side of the extension of your line of play?
Answer
No, that costs two penalty strokes
You must not make a stroke while standing astride or on your line of play or its extension behind the ball. This croquet-style stance costs the general penalty.
