Ball resting against the flagstick, partly in the hole: is it holed?
Your ball comes to rest against the flagstick in the hole. Part of the ball is below the surface of the putting green. What is the ruling?
Answer
It is holed
If the ball rests against the flagstick and any part of it is below the surface of the putting green, it is holed. You do not need to remove the flagstick.
