Ball under a bush, stance on a cart path: do I get relief?
Your ball is deep under a bush and cannot be played. If you tried, you would be standing on a cart path. Do you get free relief from the path?
Answer
No, the stroke would be unreasonable anyway, the path is not the real problem
There is no free relief when the stroke is clearly unreasonable because of something else. Here the bush prevents the stroke, not the path. Your option is to declare the ball unplayable.
