Can I listen to music while playing golf?
During the round you listen to music on headphones that helps you keep your swing tempo. Is that allowed?

No, the first breach is two penalty strokes
Listening to music or news in the background is allowed, as long as you show consideration for others. Music that helps with your swing tempo or is meant to block out distractions is not. The first breach is two penalty strokes, the second is disqualification.
